So i had some time on Sat and did some things to my cab.
Took off the interior handle covers and wrapped them in carbon
Then i took off the mirror covers and wrapped them in carbon
Looked really nice.
Now time for the lights.Did the front lights and fogs in smoke tint LaminX and my indicators aswell.
Will do the rear lights and some other stuff this weekend, and then its time for the wheels.

So had some spare time on my hands.Build my own PVC intake.Got hold of some PVC and cut out the MAF sensor and fitting off the stock cover.Moulded it onto the PVC.Wrapped it with carbon and got hold of some yellow silicon hoses.Flows alot better then the steel "testpipe" i made to check for errors on the MAF.

Just need to make a new bracket to staighten pipe.

Ok so did some more work on the sound. This is time consuming.Fiberglassed the box with 5 coats to make it nice and stong.
Image
Image
Image
Started with the bondo on all the fiberglass.
Image
Test fit for sub
Image
Image
More bondo
Image
I used Ducol.Easy to work with but DAMN it sets fast
Image
Thick layers of Bondo to cover all uneven parts
Image
First amp cover sanded down.
Image
Image
Sanded down some more
Image
Sprayed primer to see all small holes and uneven parts.
Image
Image
Sub box cover in 2nd layer of bondo
Image
My trusted friend.Helps alot with the sanding. There is ALOT of sanding
Image
Filled up small holes and sanded it down again.Sprayed it primer again and then with the colour its gona be.Just to see how rough the bondo still is.So got an idea.
Image
Image
So sanded it down again.Put on some more Bondo.
Image
So did the sub box.
Image
Image
Started with the small holes. All the Bondo is on and the shape is spot on.So now the little touch ups and then some more sanding. Then i can start with the prep work for painting.
Image

Just got some spot putty to fill the small holes and then i can go on with prep work.
So more pics to follow

Gave it about 2 coats of putty then sanded and sanded.Shit load off sanding....
Image
Image
Image
Amp rack cover sanded down till smooth and ready for paint.
Image
First coat of primer on
Image
2 nd Coat on and looking for imperfections
Image
2 Coats of Chrono on the amp rack covers.Looking sooo sweet.
Image
Image
Image
Just need some clear coat now. Then its all done
And the box got 2 more coats of spot putty after all the sanding was done.So just filled up all the little holes and imperfections.
Image
Tommorow some more sanding then primer and Chrono..Then some more Chrono and clear coat. Then I need to finish the amp racks and cover them in black leather.

Some more pics to follow.
